Change processes can take different paths. Disruption is one. Among other things, it accelerates processes and generates a great deal of attention.
We are not Team Disruption, though.
We are Team Smooth Operations.
We prefer the path of curious appreciation, in the firm belief that every project, every change process, every transformation can be smooth through open, respectful communication and cooperation.

Petra Ronzani

Petra Ronzani is a strategic consultant and mediator. She knows how to give transformation processes a positive connotation and is an expert in communication and mediation in times of transition. She has spent more than 15 years building teams and leading them through far-reaching change processes at organizations such as the Bavarian State Opera, Volksbühne Berlin, Haus der Kunst Munich and HENN.
Now, she applies her “internal” experience with an external perspective.
She values the advantages of different perspectives and mediates between seemingly contradictory positions with curiosity and openness.

By building successful and modern relationships with your internal and external stakeholders for the long term.This is achieved, for example, by developing strategies that positively shape your internal culture and thus facilitate challenging transformation processes. 

Conflict management and mediation

To enable the long-term health and effectiveness of your organization, we address conflicts before they escalate. In this way, we lay the foundations for effective, safe collaboration. Our aim is to create curiosity for differences and contrasts, and to make the advantages of a heterogeneous society visible. (This is what we dream about at least.)

Moderation and facilitation

Conferences, meetings and discussions are more fun when facilitated with ease and the quality of the results benefit from this. No doubt. We structure meetings, keep the focus on predefined goals and create a safe space for creative solutions and different cultural perspectives.

Process support and supervision

Even if you already know everything yourself (you do, right?) external process support is particularly helpful in complex change processes. We offer you guidance during the process and take a keen interest in ensuring that key concerns are adequately addressed and your goals are achieved.
